At Voryn, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience with free worldwide shipping on all orders. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Times

We offer free worldwide shipping from our fulfillment centers. Below are the estimated delivery times based on location:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 3-11 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5-11 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-11 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated time frames, and actual delivery may vary due to factors like customs processing, local postal delays, or high demand.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system. You can track your order using our Order Tracking Page.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since we offer international shipping, some countries may impose customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Voryn is not liable for any additional fees imposed by customs regulations in your country.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for real-time updates.
  2. Contact your local postal service, as they may hold the package for delivery or customs clearance.
  3. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@tryvoryn.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@tryvoryn.com. Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes.
